Part-time role flexible on start & finish times, approximately 20 hours per week
- On-site parking and work from home flexibilities once you are up to speed
- ADP and payroll experience essential to apply

Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare data for submission to ADP including new employees, payroll master changes, production overtime, timesheets and any other payroll variables for 3 companies.
- Prepare and process monthly payment of the additional superannuation contribution to Mercer.
- Respond to payroll/superannuation queries and/or payroll related queries.
- Distribute month end reports to all 3 companies
- Prepare & reconcile year end requirements (Workcover, Payroll Tax, Group Tax)
- Create/prepare and maintain personal file for all employees within LBS/LMS
- Liase with ADP with regards to arranging quotes for any terminated employees throughout the month. Payment (banking ) will be processed through pay office / ADP

What you need to apply:

- Proven payroll experience using ADP
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of superannuation, taxation, and eba requirements
- Demonstrated admin/processing skills
- Salary packaging experience
- Aptitude with figures and problem solving
