**The role**:
You will Drive innovation, strategy, engineering and operations of NAB’s authentication and authorisation technological solutions that enables the secure identification of users and ensure authorisation to technical resources.

You will monitor and manage overall risk and compliance profile for Digital Identity platform and Ensure NAB maintains compliance to industry and regulatory standards within the identity ecosystem.

**The role and Day to day will include**:

- **Innovation**:Drive innovation of new ideas and improvements to keep our digital platform up to date with latest technology trends.
- **Advocacy**: Establish relationship with external and internal stakeholders and evangelise vision for NAB’s open data ecosystem.
- **DevOps Culture and Growth Mindset**: Establish end-to-end automation and build a culture of growth mindset. Enable multi cloud treatment.
- Evangelise the vision and purpose of the platform to motivate team and attract world class engineers to team.
- **Risk and Control Management**: Develop governance protocols for ongoing management of products and processes, including process and control disciplines, methods for monitoring and identifying risk and issues, identify and automate control improvement opportunities.
- **Regulatory and Industry**: Build and maintain relationships with regulatory and industry bodies supporting the evolution of the open data ecosystem
- **Quality Assurance**: Develop a top-notch quality assurance framework for the digital front end technology frameworks and products and embed them into ci/CD pipeline cycle.
- **Delivery Management**: Own the delivery of new framework upgrade and APIs to ensure safe, sustainable and compliant tech delivery.
- **Be the change**:Lead and motivate team members including role modelling behaviours, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and identification of training and development opportunities.
- **Cost Management**: Track and maintain the cost under budget and always look for automation opportunities to enable efficiencies.

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in managing the digital identity technologies which enable secure access to resources.
- Sound knowledge of multi cloud architecture.
- Experience in strong strategic planning and execution.
- Building, leading and managing teams between 50-100+ people.
- Managing & delivering multi-business unit initiatives.
- Contract & vendor management.
