**Responsibilities**:
Would you like to earn a commission of $**k+ OTE, working from home, as a Buyers Agent with ZERO prospecting?

Work as much or as little as you like - possible to work in this role alongside your existing role in real estate (ie. sales, broker, etc)

Ripehouse Advisory is seeking an engaged and motivated Buyers Agent to join our quickly growing team.

- Must have own full real estate license allowing you to operate as a Buyers Agent in at least one state.
- Attention to detail - Research and reporting are critical to ensure we recommend the right property.
- Great team player - Our process involves collaboration and robust discussion while ensuring we are meeting critical timelines.
- Resourcefulness - The answers always exist, and our team is all self-starters, relentless in the pursuit of answers.
- Experienced negotiator - You know how to read clients, build rapport and manage agents. And you don't shy away from difficult conversations.
- Hungry for knowledge and constantly researching the market; to win (earn) business you must have something to offer above and beyond your competitors.
- Proficient with a range of computer systems and technology.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The Role
- Execute the property search brief according to the client strategy.
- 'Holding the client's hand' after they engage with us - providing regular updates and building rapport.
- Arranging Property Inspections and finalizing due diligence.
- Residential purchase negotiations.
- Ensure CRM and workflow systems are updated with appropriate and necessary information.
