ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is ideal for a self-starter who loves property, thrives on building strong client relationships, and is driven to deliver exceptional results. You will be working with a diverse mix of clients, from first-home buyers, families, empty nesters, through to seasoned investors, helping them navigate the market with confidence and clarity. The position requires regular Melbourne-based travel for property inspections. You will work closely with our Founders and Partner Level buyers agent, taking a collaborative approach to every brief to ensure we deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with clients to understand their property goals and develop tailored buying strategies.
• Search for, assess, and source on-market and off-market opportunities that align with client briefs.
• Conduct thorough market and property analysis, prepare due diligence reports, and provide strategic advice.
• Attend inspections, private viewings, and final inspections as required.
• Capture and deliver property walk-through videos for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local selling agents.
• Stay across market trends, zoning changes, and suburb insights.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, brief progress, and client activity.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate, property buying or property investment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
• High attention to detail, time management, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Someone with initiative who is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, CRM platforms, property portals).
• A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.
• Weekend availability for inspections (as needed).
• Passion for helping people make smart, informed property decisions.
