**About the Role**

We are seeking two motivated individuals to join our ATOM sales team at Eagle Farm in the role of an Internal/Front Counter Sales Representative. The position will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and will be responsible for providing customers with the best service available from ATOM to ensure seamless support to all new and existing customers.

Your duties will include
- Provide excellent customer service (over the counter & internal)
- Provide accurate and timely customer service
- Answer general enquiries regarding products, price and stock availability
- Process sales transactions/orders
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management / Merchandising
- Assist with standard warehouse operations e.g. stock receiving, dispatching, picking, packing stock
- Develop & build relationships with ATOM customers

Skills and Experience
- Excellent customer service and always willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent team spirit, where everyone helps each other to help a customer
- Great listening and communication skills
- Be customer and solutions orientated
- Demonstrate a positive, professional and proactive attitude to work
- Good computer skills
- Current Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in the Industrial / Safety industry preferred
