**About the role**
Lead and manage a digitally-enabled transformation that combines new technologies with traditional improvements to provide value across engineering, operations, maintenance, energy efficiency. As a senior business leader in the Generation & Energy Transition Leadership Team (G&ETLT) you will provide Organisational, Cultural and Strategic Leadership as well as significant and demonstrable knowledge, experience, and expertise within your functional discipline to the G&ETLT.
Be accountable for prioritising, planning, integrating, and organising all aspects of all activities of the functional team, the business unit and wider organisation to ensure alignment and deliver upon strategy and business commitments.

**What will you bring?**
- Extensive Senior Leadership and Management Experience
- Heavy Industry or process experience combined with extensive Environmental knowledge.
- Significant engineering and project management experience within a heavily regulated and complex industry/environment
- Asset Management experience and knowledge.
- Detailed knowledge of large-scale construction project management and EPC contracting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally, with a wide range of personnel at all levels of the organisation internally and externally to the organisation, and the ability to interpret and explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Relevant degree qualification in Engineering or Management discipline; Degree qualification in Project Management, Business or an MBA.
- Engineers Australia certified qualification (Eng Exec).
- Exceptional relationship management skills demonstrated at all levels within and across teams.

**Specific Role Responsibilities**
- Set Asset Management frameworks, policies and processes and work across Origin to achieve consistency and alignment across our asset, engineering, and digital functions.
- Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of sustainable Asset Strategies including lifecycle plans, preventative and predictive maintenance and strategic spares reviews which ensure the assets can meet their planned production targets over the expected design life at the lowest sustainable life-cycle costs.
- Lead and manage a digitally enabled transformation that combines new technologies with traditional improvements to provide value across engineering, operations, maintenance, energy efficiency.
- Design strategy and set goals to support growth of G&ET and Origin’s energy transition, ensuring plans remains current and effective in meeting the organisations ambitions, goals, and objectives.
- Lead, manage and develop G&ET’s cross-team capabilities that identify, measure, record, mitigate and / or eliminate significant risks in process and personal safety and production outcomes.
