**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **person-centered support**, focusing on the client’s individual needs and mental health goals.
- Assist the client in **accessing community services**, participating in social and recreational activities, and engaging in meaningful routines.
- Implement strategies to **promote mental well-being** and emotional stability.
- Provide assistance with **daily living tasks**, as required, to support independence.
- Collaborate with **healthcare professionals, family members, and support coordinators** to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain **accurate and up-to-date records** of the client’s progress and any incidents.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Certificate III or IV** in Disability Support, Mental Health, or a related field.
- Previous **experience supporting individuals with mental health disabilities** is highly desirable.
- **Current First Aid and CPR certification**.
- **Valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check**.
- **Reliable car and valid driver’s license**.
- **Comprehensive car insurance** (impulsive insurance is not accepted).
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work **independently** and as part of a team.
- **Flexibility to work 3-6 hour shifts per day, 5 days per week**.

Pay: $23.50 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
