Care Compass is a small, values-driven disability support service on the Gold Coast. We are dedicated to empowering individuals with psychosocial disabilities to live connected, independent lives. We take pride in the work we do and the genuine relationships we build with participants, families and each other.

We are currently looking for male and female support workers with experience in mental health to join our team in a long term capacity. If you thrive in autonomous roles, take initiative and are committed to creating meaningful change in people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in mental health support, particularly with psychosocial disabilities
- Strong relationship-building skills with participants and their families
- The ability to work independently with a proactive and compassionate approach
- A calm and consistent presence and a natural drive to go above and beyond
- Genuine alignment with the values and purpose of Care Compass
- A long term mindset - someone who wants to grow with us

Essentials:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Mental Health or relevant experience
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- First Aid and CPR
- Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence

Pay: From $41.76 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:
