**About the company**:

Our client is seeking a Site Manager with a previous team leading/supervisory with around 5 years of experience to join the landscaping team within their company with a willingness to still get their hands dirty. You will need prior experience in Parks and Gardens and excellent communication and management skills. A tertiary qualified background within Parks and Gardens but your knowledge and job history are what's most important. You will be provided training and the tools needed to make your role as smooth as possible.**Duties**:

- Maintaining high-grade amenity turf
- Management and maintenance of award-winning high-end horticulture sites and properties
- Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties completed by your team
- Training and development to assist you to grow as a People Manager
- Providing guidance, training, and support to Apprentices
- Ad hoc administrative duties

**Skills and Experience**:

- Must have 5 years of experience within the industry as a supervisor/foreman responsible for projects medium to large scaled projects
- Must be experienced in commercial landscape construction;
- Must have Cert III in Horticulture, Carpentry, or Civil Construction;
- WHS qualifications are highly regarded
- General White Card required;
- Current driver's license required (Truck license preferred);
- Physical fitness, self-motivation, and ability to function in a team environment;
- First Aid Certificate (an advantage)
- Computer Skills
- Willing to undertake a pre-medical including D&A
