**About the role**

Play a key role in planning and delivering communications for key organisational projects. Working closely with the Internal Communications Managers and the General Manager Corporate Affairs, this role helps to ensure Internal Communications strategies and plans remain on track and key stakeholders across the business are engaged

**Top Role Accountabilities**:

- Generation of internal communications and materials
- Manage relevant internal relationships between Corporate Affairs and Project Managers, SMEs and senior leaders
- Provide administrative support to Internal Communications Managers and the wider Corporate Affairs function as required
- Support the delivery of internal communications solutions for our internal stakeholders

These activities are spread across the various business units of Rabobank Australia however there is a focus on HR, Strategy, Marketing & Client Experience, Compliance and Group services including Internal Audit, Finance, Legal & Secretariat

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills
- Proactively engage and work with various stakeholders
- Ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders
