**A day in the life of a Bistro Manager**:

- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
- Lead the bistro in a hands on basis in guest service, health and safety, compliance and cleanliness
- Ensure all team members are correctly inducted, trained and developed, particularly in product knowledge e.g, ingredients in food, menu items, promotional items and specials
- Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
- Work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to help grow the food offer
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance

What do we need from you

**About you**:

- You have great experience in food, particularly in a venue pub/club environment
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You hold a current RSA certificate
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
