The Hub Operations and Grant Design teams are seeking to fill numerous vacancies at the APS3 level. The roles will allow the applicant to work with internal and external stakeholders, supporting policy areas across the department through the Design, Establish and Manage phase of the grants lifecycle. The role will also allow the applicant to work collaboratively across the branch to develop tools and resources to support implementation, ongoing functionality and continuous improvement of the Grant Administration Model.

Position Duties:

- Provide responses to general queries related to grant design and escalate more complex queries to senior team members or business owners as appropriate.
- Assist with process and project tasks as assigned by senior staff.
- Liaise with Grant Assessment Centre, where appropriate
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a well organised workspace and electronic filing systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of grant administration processes by identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Other duties in line with the APS 3 work level standard as directed.
