**The Role**

This is a rare opportunity that has come up specialising in temporary, Accounting & Finance roles across all our National & Major clients. This will include the recruitment of temporary roles including; Payroll, Accounts Receivable/ Payable, Assistant Accountants, Finance Officers etc. Programmed/ PERSOLKELLY have over 200 contracts with leading businesses across Perth. Your role will be to introduce yourself as our Finance specialist and grow a presence within these national/ major accounts.

This desk is very fast paced and requires someone that is motivated and uses their initiative on a daily basis.

Reporting to Professional Services Recruitment Manager, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. Your career progression will be clearly mapped out for you. There is currently 9 Consultants in the Professional Services Temp Team with a total of 45 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Perth Branch.

**Duties will include**:

- Taking responsibility for numerous existing client accounts and growing/ retaining those relationships
- Building relationships with new national clients that we have T&C's with but are not currently trading with across Perth
- Meeting with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Negotiating job offers
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Checking in with clients regarding new and ongoing employees
- Adhere to PERSOLKELLY's systems, policy, procedures and legislative requirements
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**Desirable applicants will possess**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience ideally as a Recruitment consultant (alternatively in an Account Management or Sales role)
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
- Previous experience working with multiple clients and providing transparent communication
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and ethical manner
- Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
- Comfortable with computer programs, including CRM's, Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
