**About our Client**:
International luxury fashion house is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager for their Sydney, Westfield Maison.

Manufacturing daring handbags, leather goods, accessories, ready-to-wear and footwear that are made with impeccable precision, timeless creativity and style.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales & KPI Monthly targets
- Business acumen - Analyse store reports/figures and create action plans to build on overall sales
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service on the shop floor
- Maintaining and expanding on customer relationships
- Team development & coaching
- Store Operations

**You will have**:

- 3-5+ years within luxury or high-end retail management experience
- Experience in achieving and maintaining sales & KPI targets
- Confident in managing high-end clientele
- A commercial, hands on, empowering & driven leadership style
- Empowering, empathetic and open mindedness approach to people performance management
