How you will make an impact:
As the General Manager/Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of clinical and non-clinical services delivered at Cabrini Brighton.

You will also be responsible for the efficient operation and financial performance of Cabrini Brighton, consistent with Cabrini’s 5-year strategic plan.

Key activities include:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing and non-clinical professions across Cabrini Brighton.- Work with direct reports to ensure annual budget targets and key performance metrics are achieved.- Implementation of systems and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality care- Work with medical staff to develop new services and optimise revenue growth.- Develop annual workforce plans that identify future workforce requirements, skill mix, and training requirements.

About you

Educational/Vocational:
- At least 5 years of senior management experience in a large, complex health environment- Relevant tertiary qualifications or previous experience in health or a relevant discipline- Registered with AHPRA as a registered nurse- Demonstrated change management experience- Strong financial and analytical skills- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills- Broad clinical and employee relations experience
