We're on the hunt for an energetic full-time Front of House / All-Rounder to join the team at our Big Loaf Shop in O’Connor
- Open 7 days a week 6am - 2pm, with a view to extend hours in the near future, weekend and weekday availability required
- Barista experience is also required

Our Big Loaf Shop is the heart of our food business, offering freshly baked bread and other bakery goods directly from our onsite Big Loaf Factory bakery, along with a range of pre-made meals. We are a growing business currently with 3 locations across Perth, including North Street Store, Little Loaf Bakery and top 100 WA Good Food Guide Restaurant, Peoples Cafeteria). We're on a mission to shape a world where people eat better and our FOH superstars are essential in making this happen

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated full-time Front of House professional to join our expanding team. Reporting to our General Manager, this position will give you an opportunity to work in all areas of our front of house, including serving customers at our shop counter and making coffees when required, along with other duties detailed below. **What will you be doing?**
- Welcoming and serving customers at our shop counter
- Making and serving coffee when required
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Opening and closing the store
- General cleaning and stocking of display fridges
- Contributing to the positive and supportive vibe of our team

**Who are you?**
- Experience in a previous setting, including barista experience, is required
- Great customer service skills
- Strong communication, organisation and enjoy a bustling environment
- You believe in real, delicious, whole food that makes people feel good
- You believe in delivering the best customer experience and creating great relationships
