**About the role**
As a Consulting Graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, shaping how we scale and evolve. You will be directly involved in the design and delivery of complex talent development programs, with a strong focus on innovation, and successful client outcomes. **What you will do**
- Investigate best practices in talent and career development, staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Coordinate priorities across multiple programs and clients, managing timelines and contributing to high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems, prepare client reports and presentations
- Drive innovation and improvement through fresh thinking, research and ideas
- Contribute to Business Development, identifying opportunities for growth and preparing materials to support client engagement
- Agility in managing competing tasks and working across multiple projects
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project execution and team collaboration.
**What you will offer**
- A recent top-performing graduate in Business, Commerce, HR, or a related field
- Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills and confidence in working with complex information
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, a proactive mindset and drive for excellence
- A customer-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Previous experience in consulting, HR, recruitment, or business
- A strong interest in Workforce Development, Career Services, or Employability
- Experience in or knowledge of online project management platforms, e.g. Monday, Assana or Trello idea.
