**Base salary: FTE Adult rate of $51,084 + superannuation**

Sylvia P Group creates innovative sportswear brands that re-write the norm. We are a global family of dreamers, creators and makers that go beyond the bounds to inspire girls and teens to be their most authentic self. We produce a range of garments for everyday training and exercise as well as custom competitive wear for gymnastics teams all over the world.

Sylvia P Group is currently hiring Production Assistants to join any of your preferred departments listed below:

- Crystal Embellishment
- Fabric Cutting
- Fabric Gluing

This is a fulltime fixed term role for an immediate start until 30th January 2026 with the possibility of becoming a fulltime permanent. The hours are Monday-Thursday, starting at 7am - 3.30pm and Friday starting at 7am - 1.30pm.

**1. Crystal Embellishment**
- Operate a heat press machine
- Create the extra bling that our customers love

**2. Fabric Cutting**
- Use an automated cutting machine called Pathfinder. Manual fabric cutting when needed
- Laying up our beautiful and high quality fabrics
- Off-loading cut panels, sorting and distribute throughout our factories

**3. Applique Technician (Gluing)**
- Following instructions outlined on the job ticket
