Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, we are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team located in Gillman, SA.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise freight, warehousing, and logistics operations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure seamless delivery of goods from suppliers to final destinations.
- Analyse and mitigate supply chain risks through forward-thinking strategies.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all freight movements across various modes of transportation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including safety and environmental standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
- Integrate advanced logistics management systems for optimal operations.
- Lead and manage the logistics team, ensuring alignment with company goals and strong inter-departmental communication.
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding logistics operations, ensuring high satisfaction and resolving challenges.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all logistics activities.
- Oversee budgets and conduct cost analyses to identify and implement savings opportunities.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, negotiating contracts for cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Ensure effective management of inventory and warehousing operations, maintaining accurate stock levels and streamlined distribution processes.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and stay up-to-date with trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
