Lookout Echo Point is a renowned destination in Katoomba, offering stunning views and exceptional dining experiences. We are committed to providing top-notch service and unforgettable moments for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, washing and peeling ingredients, and preparing sauces
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist chefs and cooks with food service during busy periods
- Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods
- Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and nights as needed
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well under pressure
