- What role you will play?As a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant, you will lead the successful implementation and optimisation of Salesforce solutions for our business requirements. You will do so by working closely with our stakeholders and developers to analyse their needs, design and configure Salesforce solutions, and provide expert guidance on best practices. Working with developers, you will solution how best to integrate Salesforce with digital platforms and help identify issues to proactively resolve and prevent them
- What you offerWhat you offer
- Experience in a Techno - Functional consultant role (understanding of Salesforce Engineering)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model and development best practices
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Platform or other Salesforce products configuring and writing code
- Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira is advantageous.
