Regal Care is seeking Disability Support Worker’s/Home Care Workers/Personal Care Assistants to join our team supporting individuals with their daily living activities within private homes. This position suits someone wanting to work closer to home to support their local community members, who can create meaningful relationships with their clients to ensure their well-being.

Flexibility in working hours is offered for those with family responsibilities, studying commitments or other commitments. We have clients across the Greater Melbourne region, within their respective Local Government Areas, that wish to maintain living independently with some extra support.

Our workers provide support for an average of 25 hours a week (flexible in amount by case) and attend to a variety of services such as companionship, transportation to and from appointments, accompanying during outings/shopping trips, showering, grooming, toileting and feeding, meal preparation, laundry assistance, house cleaning and other homely ad hoc tasks. Our ideal worker is someone that is ready to commit to ongoing hours that is responsive, proactive, and friendly.

**Position Summary**:

- Attending and supporting clients as per the roster.
- Completing task lists and following care/service delivery plans.
- Recording and documenting progress notes from services.
- Reporting any incidents or concerns of welfare.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline
- HLTAID003 First Aid and CPR
- Victorian Driver’s License and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Confident in supporting other individuals independently within the home
- Must have availability Wednesday and Thursday Mornings

**Remuneration**:

- Above award wages
