What's involved?

This training program is offered in partnership with the Accommodation Association, so you get your foot in the door with industry leaders to kickstart your career and access specialist training.
What you need:
If you’re open to learning how to be an excellent Housekeeping leader, you can do so through the Accommodation Association Victorian Jobs program.
Our program is unique because it’s supported by Australia’s largest hotel groups who are also the biggest employers, which gives you highly transferable skills and valuable industry experience, maximising your chance at securing the job you want and reaching your long term career goals.
You’re paid to attend training and receive everything you need to succeed in being a housekeeping leader, including Housekeeping and industry basics through to leadership training.
Weekend work/availability is essential and experience in any area of Hospitality is an advantage.
