**About the role**

The Premium Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with our most active clients, ensuring excellent customer service and providing a quality holistic experience of our business. Working fully remotely, ideally you would be based in QLD or NSW but we are also open to someone based in VIC. We offer a competitive salary package with uncapped commission.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Communicate and build relationships with our premium customer base
- Hosting and taking clients to sporting events
- Adopt flexible working hours to be available for our customers during peak times for the business
- Ensure solid customer satisfaction and respond timely to all communications
- Ascertain new customers.

**About You**
- Experience with client relationship management
- Capacity to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple different clients simultaneously
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, specialising in high-end clientele would be highly regarded.
