**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Support clients in accessing the community, attending appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
- Implement individualised care plans and support strategies in accordance with NDIS plans or other relevant frameworks.
- Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for clients in all aspects of life.
- Record and report observations, incidents, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with household tasks, medication management, and other duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with family members, healthcare professionals, and other support staff.
- Uphold the rights, privacy, and dignity of clients at all times.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience working with people with disabilities preferred but not essential (full training provided).
- Understanding of NDIS frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport may be required.
- Working with Children Check and/or National Police Check clearance.
