**About the Role**
Play a vital role in shaping future educators, delivering high-quality teaching in the Master of Teaching and Master of Education programs. Engaging in innovative teaching, leadership, and research, the role offers opportunities to contribute to key educational projects and support pre-service teachers by linking theory to practice. You'll also have the chance to build the Faculty's reputation through impactful research, student supervision, and collaborations across Australia and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and seminars, while initiating, developing, and reviewing curriculum.
- Conducting assessment, marking, and moderation, and communicating with and providing timely, effective feedback to students.

**Who We Are Looking For**

You also have:

- A PhD or research doctorate in Languages and Literacies Education or relevant discipline, including an emphasis relevant to Secondary literacy education.
- A strong understanding of contemporary theoretical and policy debates and practices within language and literacies education.
