**Selection Criteria**
- affirm a personal belief in the school’s Statement of Faith, as well as active involvement within their local church;
- display a high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation within the classroom, empowering students to creatively express themselves;
- provide evidence of exemplary teaching skills together with sound curriculum knowledge from Stage 4 to Stage 6;
- be an effective and reflective practitioner who displays strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- be committed to pedagogical advancement in their classroom; and
- demonstrate strong administrative skills, with high flexibility and adaptability.
- experience and/or a passion to teach in the areas of Materials, Design and Technology, Computing Multimedia, Industrial Technology, Engineering Studies.
- an understanding of Explicit Instruction.
- an interest and capacity to teach in the TAS VET framework in the future.
