A contracting company is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive bookkeeper and admin to join their team on a full-time basis in Lower Templestowe.

As a bookkeeper and admin, you will need to be experienced in:

- Accounting / Bookkeeping processes
- Proficient at using Xero, Microsoft Excel and Word software
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- General Ledger / Journals
- Inventory control
- Data Entry
- General administration

**Key Functional Skills/Knowledge**
- 3 years Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- General admin / reception tasks
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Can work independently
- Can meet deadlines
