Renowned for our commitment to providing high-quality dental services to the community, we're currently expanding our team with the addition of an experienced Bookkeeper.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and correct recording of all financial transactions.
- Management of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other necessary lodgements, adhering to tax regulations.
- Accurate processing of fortnightly payroll within defined timelines.
- Monitoring and maintaining data-automation platforms used for bill entries and purchase orders.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining organized financial records.
- Effective communication with colleagues across all levels within the organization.
- Providing ad-hoc reporting as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in Xero, with intermediate-level knowledge.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills and team collaboration ability.
- Proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Familiarity with payroll processing.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with multiple companies or entities is a plus.
