Whilst we are proud of our product, we are even prouder of our people A diverse and passionate bunch who truly care about our customers. **Are you the next Assistant Store Manager in Alexandria?** Due to our company expanding, we are now on the hunt for a new Assistant Store Manager to oversee staff and work closely with the showroom manager. Well suited to a natural born mentor and leader with a hungry passion for supporting a high performing team, this position oversees the vibrant and successful consultants to ensure they are hitting store budgets and targets as set by the business. You will also provide training and coaching as the team grows and keep the motivation going; all the while having fun every.single.day. **On a day-to-day basis expect to**: - Develop a strong knowledge of the huge Coco Republic product range - Work with the Showroom Manager to oversee staff and conduct tasks such as rostering, closing and performance managing - Provide support and training to a Design/Sales team - Ensure the showroom presentation is always to an impeccable standard (including conducting some "fluffing and puffing") - Champion all daily showroom administrative tasks, making sure data is checked for accuracy and compliance - Handle escalated customer complaints and follow up with a positive result - Investigate stock discrepancies weekly and action accordingly - Effectively manage stock and cycle counts in line with company guidelines - Ensure stockroom layout is OH&S coherent and of a high standard - Ensure all stock adjustments, stock ticketing is actioned and to company requirements **Other important requirements for the role**: - High level of organisation with excellent communication skills - Exposure to a sales CRM system (such as Netsuite, Salesforce etc) - Experience managing and allocating monthly rosters for a large team - True passion for high-end/designer brands - Lead and motivate a team **Why choose us?** Coco Republic values Community, Opportunity, Care and Ownership.
