**Role**
Are you a well-motivated and organized and compassionate individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join a thriving orthopaedic practice? We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Medical Receptionists to join our team on a full-time basis (4-5 days a week) with the capacity to cover leave/sickleave. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administration to our patients and medical staff.

**Our practice**
We are a well respected orthopaedic surgical group in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. You will join our established team, who will support you in this role as you work together to provide a high standard of care for our patients.

**About this role**
You will join us in providing reception work where you will meet and greet patients during consulting sessions as well as attending to other administrative tasks.

**Essential skills and experience.**
- Willingness to providing high quality patient focused care
- Previous experience using Medical Practice Software (Genie desirable)
- Flexible in your approach to work, with a high standard of communication and care for patients
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure - ensuring following through on all tasks
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to manage within a busy workplace setting with fluctuating levels of demand
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- ECLIPSE, Work Cover and TAC experience preferable
