**About the Role**
**This is a Fixed Term role for 3 years**
The Towing Coordinator role sits within the Network Operations branch and is responsible for providing a range of administrative activities with a focus on overseeing clearways towing services and accident towing functions.

**Position Outcomes**
- Assist with monitoring, maintaining and reporting on governance structures in accordance with relevant legislation and contract agreements relevant to the towing function.
- Perform monthly site safety visits with contractors to ensure compliance with contract arrangements.
- Ensure safe record keeping by securely and accurately storing all records relating to original contracts, correspondence, financial records and other documents for accessibility and efficient retrieval in accordance with department policies.
- Strive for business excellence through integrity, empathetic engagement and competence and uphold the VPS Code of Conduct, values and behaviours.in line with Section 31A of the Public Administration Act 2004 (Vic) other duties may be assigned consistent with employment classification, skills, and capabilities.
