The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Senior Shipping and Receiving Specialist (Warehouse Supervisor) to support a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. The role will be based at RAAF base Amberley supporting two aircraft in Deeper Maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of BDA warehouse operations including daily task setting and prioritisation of staff.
- Accountable for the warehouse and it's entire inventory in accordance to Commonwealth and Boeing policy and procedures.
- Accountable for the warehouse inventory and accounts including Serviceable, Repairable, Quarantine and Disposal Accounts in accordance with Commonwealth and Boeing policy and procedures.
- Supervise the provision and distribution of inventory to meet all internal and external customers' requirements which includes repairable items in order to meet the Deeper Maintenance Schedule.
- Provide direct support to all internal and external customers.
- Processing (Inventory Management System) transactions to support project activities as required.
- On call and night shift rotation support.
- Continue to develop a safety culture that aligns with Boeing policy.

Experience/Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role.
- CERT IV or higher in Warehouse and or Management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in, supply support roles and functions.
- Previous experience in the receipt and dispatch of goods and services.
- Demonstrated experience with computerised inventory management systems and methodologies.
- Must obtain and hold a Secret security clearance.
