Mater is searching for an experienced and passionate **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join the team in a full-time, permanent role. You will be primarily based in our Newstead office and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Working collaboratively within Human Resources to ensure, streamlined and efficient recruitment, selection and appointment. You will have the opportunity to have a diverse portfolio of roles including corporate and allied health.

**What you’ll be doing**

Some key duties will include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment and attraction strategies for a number of hard to fill roles
- Coaching and guiding hiring managers to enhance their recruitment skills and knowledge of industry best practices
- Utilising PageUp to efficiently manage all job vacancies

**About you**
- At least 5 years experience, ideally in recruiting corporate roles
- Possess exceptional skills in managing stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multiple and diverse roles need to be filled.
- Have strong influencing abilities and the capability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Be self-motivated and driven to ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Strive to consistently deliver outstanding talent outcomes in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit the ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently, using initiative, logical reasoning, and strong listening, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Show great attention to detail and possess strong organisational abilities.
- Previous experience with PageUp is essential
