This beautiful double centre is licensed for 150 places a day. Our ten studios cater for children aged six weeks to six years, across two beautiful centres.**

Are you a motivated and passionate Lead Educator? Are you excited about starting something new? At Capalaba Kids, we have a fantastic opportunity at our beautiful established centre, where you will receive ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor, Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader. This is coupled with ample Professional Development opportunities to ensure quality implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach.

**The successful applicant for this role will**:

- Be passionate about working with children
- Take pride in the presentation of the centre
- Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
- MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards*)
- Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
- Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
