We are looking for a great barista to lead our coffee team at a busy, fast paced venue in Melbourne’s northwest suburb.

If you are committed to delivering outstanding coffee, self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our clients’ expectations and enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you. Ultimately, it’s your attitude that’s most important to us as well as your flexibility and availability to work across a variety of shifts flexible hours from 7.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

- You know how to create excellent client experiences
- You want to have positive interactions with all clients to support our brand values
- You have a team player mentality and can easily multitask
- You are flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure
- You’re willing to take direction and are open to learn new skills
- You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity
- You’re a coffee champion with excellent Barista skills.
- Prepared to jump in and assist in other areas of catering as the need arises.
