We're currently seeking a dedicated full-time **Home Maintenance / Gardener** to join our team and help keep our clients’ homes and care environments clean, safe, and vibrant.

**About the Role**

In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver essential gardening and maintenance services across our Home Care clients' homes and Aged Care facilities located in Woodville, Campbelltown, St. Agnes, and Hahndorf.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out general garden maintenance including mowing, pruning, weeding, and leaf clearing
- Perform minor repairs and respond to maintenance requests or emergencies
- Complete basic home modifications where required
- Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in line with WHS standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports of completed work

**About You**

You’re practical, reliable, and take pride in your work. You enjoy variety in your day and value making a real impact in your community.

**Essential**:

- Valid driver’s licence
- The right to work in Australia
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in aged care or maintenance roles
- Test & Tag certification
- Ability to speak Italian (helpful, but not required)
