**Nino Early Learning Adventures** is currently seeking a passionate and inspiring Co-Centre Manager to join our team at our early learning centre in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs

As a Co-Centre Manager in Nino Early Learning Adventures centre your **key priorities **will be to:

- Recruit, train, induct & mentor a new team of Educators ready for day one operations.
- Establish and manage the day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures and KPI targets.
- Build and maintain a harmonious relationship with parents, managers, staff and children.
- Manage rosters using our time and attendance system.
- Ensure the centre is compliant with all State Legislation and National Quality Standards.
- Manage centre finances and operations to achieve budget and KPI targets.
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times.

This position is a working full time, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

**To be successful in this role you will be**:

- ** Passionate** about the early years journey, inspiring your team’s passion, curiosity and interest.
- ** Focused **on building positive relationships with your children, families, educators and community, maintaining a positive culture within your centre
- ** Experienced**, with 3-5 years experience in a Centre Manager role, preferably in a large 100+ place centre. Previous experience opening a new centre will be highly regarded.
- ** Qualified,** with a Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Children’s Services; a Working with Children’s Check; First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates. and hold a Nominated/Certified Supervisor Certificate.
- ** Knowledgeable**, with extensive knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and Children Service Regulations.
- ** Skilled,** with a thorough understanding of QikKids; Budget management; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
