Well known Organization located in Belmont, seeking an experienced and immediately available Talent Acquisition Specialist for a short term 2 month assignment

PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.

We are currently working with a well known Organization located in Belmont, seeking an experienced and immediately available Talent Acquisition Specialist for a short term 2 month assignment

Locations: Belmont, WA

Hours: Full time hours, Mon - Fri (Approx 8:30am - 4:30pm)

Start date: ASAP

Pay rate: Negotiable depending on experience

Duration: Approx. 2 months with possible extension

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Taking ownership of a portfolio within the business
- Ensuring all employee records are current, compliant and kept up to date
- Creating/ posting job adverts in correspondence with the Hiring Manager's needs
- Following company processes for onboarding (police check, medicals, VEVO check)
- Ensuring 100% compliance to company policies are adhered to
- Completing multiple administration activities with have a 'can do' attitude

**Experience Required**
- MUST be available to start immediately or within 1 week
- Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar recruitment or mobilisation roles
- Must have proven experience following strict processes and adhering to company compliance
- A positive and pro-active approach to work
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
