**The opportunity**

We are searching for a superstar **Administrator**to join the **Power Projects**team in the newly created role of **Support Services & Safety Administrator** You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Zero Harm & Quality Assurance leadership team as well as build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.

Please note this is a Brisbane based opportunity working from our Milton office location with the potential for hybrid working arrangements.

**What you’ll do**
- Provide daily support to the safety, quality and support functions within Power Projects.
- Monitor and reporting of monthly KPIs.
- Maintain Downer competency management system.
- Support implementation of business training needs and ongoing improvements.

**What we’re looking for**
- Prior administration experience within the utilities or safety sector is advantageous.
- A quick learner with an eagerness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as their skills develop.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
