**The Project**

UGL and CPB Contractors have been awarded the early works contract to support Powerlink’s delivery of CopperString 2032. This $5 billion iconic project will initially be approximately 840 kilometres of new transmission line running from just south of Townsville to Mount Isa that will connect Queensland’s Northwest Minerals Province to the national electricity grid. The project scope includes:

- 500 kilovolt (kV) transmission line from just south of Townsville to Hughenden
- 330kV transmission line from Hughenden to Cloncurry
- 220kV transmission line from Cloncurry to Mount Isa
- up to six new substation sites.
- Please note this role will initially be based in Brisbane, with transition into a site delivery role requiring DIDO/FIFO or relocation where additional allowances will apply. Townsville based applicants would be highly considered._

**The Opportunity**
- As the SH Administrator, to deliver accurate and timely administration support to the team and contribute greatly to the successful and safe delivery of the Project. Support, coordinate and provide advice on safety practices, systems, and procedures across the Project.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure the Project Management System (PMS) is kept up to date
- Support all internal and external reporting requirements.
- Support health initiatives.
- Ensure training data is uploaded to the training management system (TMS) for all post mobilisation training.
- Maintain and provide administration support to the workforce management system.
- Provide document control support to the HS team.
- Support vaccination/health/medical bookings and administration.
- Maintain HS SharePoint site.
- Upload key documentation to SharePoint file structure to support monthly report.
- Stock control of personal protective clothing

**Qualifications & Experienc**e:

- Relevant experience in an administration role
- Experience in interpreting audit reviews
- Experience monitoring, reviewing and reporting on performance, compliance and defects
- Knowledge of project risk management controls and actions
- Knowledge of auditing, safety inspections and compliance reporting procedures and processes
