**The Role**:
The Lobby Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our client’s corporate offices by ensuring all visitors and employees are assisted in a welcoming, professional, and friendly manner.
This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality focused workplace environment in support of our client’s operations.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Welcome guests enthusiastically, anticipating needs while managing bookings and temporary passes
Direct deliveries and manage storage while following protocols for media and distinguished visitors
Monitor lobby traffic and provide support during peak periods, ensuring orderly movement
Maintain lobby accessories (masks, umbrella stands, sanitizers) and update operational signage as needed
Provide campus wayfinding assistance and general enquiries support for services and activities
Upkeep reception areas to reflect brand standards while maintaining a clean, organised environment
Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through designated systems
Identify and escalate potential risks to prevent privacy breaches, security incidents, or operational disruptions
What you will bring
We're seeking an engaging, service oriented professional to create exceptional guest experiences in our dynamic corporate environment.
1-2+ years' experience in customer service, security or hospitality roles
Genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations through personalised service
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
Ability to prioritise effectively while maintaining consistent service quality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to various technology platforms
Experience with guest management systems (Condeco knowledge preferred)
Flexibility to handle shifting priorities with a positive, solution-focused attitude
