**About the role**
**We're looking for a full-time team member who will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.**
As the Plan Tracker customer base grows, so does our team. We are looking for an organisational guru who is self-motivated and thrives on working autonomously to plan and create processes that streamline the co-ordination of our team and office.
Our Operations team are responsible for providing high level admin to the whole Plan Tracker team allowing them to serve our customers well. If you are organised, communicate easily and well, enjoy working in a collaborative workplace and are a born problem solver we’d love to hear from you
**Desired skills and experience**
- You love to be challenged at work, are adaptable and looking to join a growing organisation.
- You are Tech savvy and know your way around CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite and have the skills to pick up new systems with ease.
- High level of attention to details for record keeping along with overseeing calendar events and invitations.
- Ability to analyse a task, problem solve and provide a successful solution.
- Great track record in office organisation, ordering supplies, keeping to budgets and streamlining process.
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to life and able to communicate confidently with our team and external providers.
- You build relationships well, and value honesty and integrity in all you do.
- You have previously worked as an Operations Assistant or similar administrative role.
