We are looking for passionate and dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our Disability Services Delivery Team in Woy Woy. Our Assistants in Nursing ensure the implementation of holistic health care support within identified specific service outlets that assists individuals with complex health care needs to lead a meaningful and satisfying quality of life.

**Make It Matter - What you will bring to make a difference in other's lives**
- Certificate III in Nursing Assistant
- Experience years post basic registration clinical experience.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in the support and care for individuals who present with complex health care issues.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in the support and care for individuals who have significant swallowing and nutritional needs
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to team operations
- Willingness to work across service areas
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literacy
- Current Drivers licence.

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualification in the areas of Disability, Aged Care or Mental Health
- Demonstrated clinical experience in the support and care for individuals through a person centred approach.
