**Team Leader - Supported Independent Living (SIL) Home**

Are you a passionate leader with a heart for person-centred care? We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Team Leader** to lead a dedicated team of Disability Support Workers in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home.

**About the Role**:
As the Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SIL home, ensuring high-quality, client-focused support. You will lead by example, coach staff, coordinate rosters, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain compliance with NDIS standards and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of support workers
- Ensure consistent delivery of person-centred, strengths-based support
- Oversee client outcomes, support plans, daily documentation, and incident reporting
- Coordinate staff rosters and manage shift coverage
- Act as the primary point of contact for families, guardians, and external providers
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe living environment

**About You**:

- Previous leadership experience in a SIL or disability support setting
- Strong understanding of NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards
- Proven ability to support individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Current NDIS Worker Check, First Aid & CPR, and valid Driver’s Licence
- Cert IV in Disability or equivalent (preferred)

Pay: $65,344.52 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
