Our fields of expertise include underwater sonar, GNSS, radio frequency systems, inertial sensors, robotics, quantum sensors and photonics.

Advanced Navigation is looking for a technical copywriter to develop intriguing and educational content covering an expansive list of areas from artificial intelligence to robotics with quantum and inertial sensing or celestial space navigation, all the way to the deep sea with sonar - the next frontier is yours to cover.
This role requires a strong understanding or passion to learn complex technological concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Write clear, concise, and compelling articles to support communication, marketing and digital efforts in highlighting Advanced Navigation’s diverse range of deep tech solutions
- Craft messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition and unique selling points of technology products and services. Translate technical features into customer benefits and persuasive language
- Plan and structure technical articles to ensure logical flow and ease of use
- Identify and understand the target audience for different topics and tailor the content and language to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical users
- Conduct interviews and meetings with customers and partners extract relevant information for content
- Develop compelling and SEO-friendly styled articles
- Review, edit, and proofread technical articles for grammar, clarity, and consistency. Ensure adherence to style guides and quality standards. Revise and update as needed
- Work closely with graphic designers to create informative diagrams, illustrations, screenshots, and other visual aids to enhance the article
- Continuously update and maintain existing libraries of content to reflect changes in deep technology products or features and archive outdated articles as necessary
- Coordinate with the communication and marketing team and adhere to project timelines and deadlines. Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and address feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in deep technology, industry trends, and best practices in copywriting.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in deep technology domains
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:
- 5+ years relevant experience in copywriting
- Exceptional writing skills, including a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Able to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates the intended message
- Think creatively and develop unique ideas to engage diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to generate innovative and compelling copy concepts
- Adaptable and able to write in various tones and styles to match different products, audiences, and platforms
- Solid understanding of marketing and communication principles
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency, should be meticulous in proofreading and editing copy to eliminate errors
- Bachelor Degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
