Interchange Australia is offering employment to people passionate about supporting people with disability, people who are older and other eligible people to recuperate from and/or prevent hospital admission and/or to remain living in their own homes. The successful applicants will be professional, flexible and willing to travel within their respective areas. **Interchange Australia** **currently has vacancies based out of Narellan and surrounds.**

The responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to:

- Personal Care
- Domestic Services
- Social Support
- Transport
- Meal Preparation
- Working as part of a team in a Day program setting
- Working Within a Person-Centred Framework
- Ability to Work Towards Client-Centred Goals
- Working within the NDIS and Aged Care Framework
- **Essential Requirements**:_
- Right to work in Australia, birth certificate/ passport
- Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Disability Work or Willingness to Obtain
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination with 3 vaccinations
- Working with children check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National police Check less than 3 months old
- NDIS worker orientation module
- First Aid Certificate
- Minimum P2 (Green) Driver Licence
- Reliable and Comprehensively Insured Vehicle
- Smart Phone
