**120-bed** modern Aged Care residence in Bendigo, Victoria.

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to step up their career into management, to oversee the clinical operations of their modern Aged Care facility. This opportunity will have you working alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care.

- **NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A CARE MANAGER REQUIRED**:

**Reporting to the Service Manager, your duties will include**:

- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 120-bed Aged Care facility in Bendigo, Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Service Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- **Current AHPRA registration**:

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 3 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
