**Red Lock Escape Rooms are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Gamemaster for our busy Saturday afternoons and evenings**

**This is a casual role, and the position will regular Saturday shifts and school holiday availability.**

**Gamemastering**
- Providing quality customer service to every player
- Running games for customers including all aspects involved: rules briefings, game monitoring, debriefing and resetting rooms
- Answering phones professionally, assisting customers with bookings and any other needs

**Quality Control**
- Oversee quality control of rooms before and after games are run
- Assist with minor prop maintenance, repair, and touch ups as time and abilities allow, notify owners of bigger upkeep/fixes that are needed
- Regularly inspect locks and replace them as needed

**Other tasks**
- Opening and closing of the store
- End of day cash reconciliations
- Administrative tasks including maintaining cleanliness
- Replenishing supplies as needed & notifying owners when needs arise
- Provision of training and guidance for Junior Gamemasters
- Maintain effective communication with the owners

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Public holidays

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
