**Your new company**
You will be working with a community-based organisation. They provide essential services to many Australians with their focus around supporting those in need and making a difference for each of their customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content writer to join the team.

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Researching, drafting and updating internal and external guidance with a participant focus that reflects the Agency’s policy positions and meets agency’splain English and accessibility standards.
- Interpreting the policy and legislative environment the branch operates in, including understanding and translating the NDIS Act and NDIS Rules into Our Guidelines.
- Developing or updating guidance material in response to participant and external stakeholder feedback.
- Understanding the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
- Providing service delivery knowledge and advice about procedural guidance, practice implementation and operational matters as needed to support an improved participant experience.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, maintaining best practice and innovation in the branch.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards, governance protocols and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes and performing other duties as requested.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience producing engaging communications content/copy to deadlines for a range of purposes, mediums and channels including websites such as customer focused communications, guides, product information, knowledge articles, presentations, newsletters and campaigns.
- Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements.
